Troubleshooting
Isolate sign-in, import, sync, agent, and publishing issues and collect useful diagnostics.
Identify the layer first
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Sign-in fails or session disappears | Account state, Client local session, system clock |
| Source remains processing | Format, size, parser task, Backend Worker |
| Imported content is missing from search | Source state, knowledge scope, indexing task |
| Agent does not respond | Runtime presence, task lease, provider availability |
| Sync does not advance | Workspace type, network, cursor, conflict state |
| Platform draft fails | Package approval, extension session, platform layout change |
Collect diagnostics
Record time, workspace and object IDs, entry point and version, expected result, actual state, and error code. Never include cookies, tokens, database URLs, or full private source material in screenshots or logs.
Retry safely
Query an unknown publishing result before retrying. Retry failed imports while preserving the failure record. Create a new agent task after expiry instead of editing database state to complete.
Still blocked
When contacting support, include minimal reproduction steps and redacted diagnostics. Naming Web, Client, Extension, CLI, or Runtime significantly shortens triage.
