10-minute quickstart
Complete your first workflow from one real source to an approved content package.
1. Create a workspace
Create a workspace from the console. Solo creators can use the default online workspace. Desktop users who need local storage can create a local workspace in the Universal Client.
2. Create a knowledge space
Use a durable topic such as “product design research” or “Q3 brand content.” A knowledge space is the boundary for sources, documents, drafts, and citations.
3. Import one source
Open Inbox and choose a file, web page, or manual text. Verify the title, source URL, and text preview. Fix an untrusted or truncated source before drafting.
4. Create a master draft
Create a document in the knowledge space, select the source as a reference, and state the audience, core question, desired structure, and facts that must not change.
5. Review the proposal
Agent edits arrive as proposals. Check claims, citations, and voice, then accept, reject, or request another revision. Unapproved proposals do not overwrite the document.
6. Generate channel versions
Create channel versions from the master draft. Keep each title, body, media note, and platform constraint separate instead of pushing channel formatting back into the master.
7. Deliver a draft
Approve the final package in publishing review. The browser extension receives approved packages only and saves one to the platform draft box after user confirmation.
