Find sources, notes and generated outputs, and group reusable references in knowledge bases.
Updated
Open Asset library to browse material by knowledge base, conversation or project. Knowledge bases still organize references; you do not need to find an old separate top-level Knowledge bases entry.
Choose the knowledge-base action in the create menu and enter a name and description. Use a topic you expect to revisit, such as product references or interview notes. Create a note or import files from the same menu and select the destination.
Open the saved items and check their contents and attachments. Test a small import first. A completed file transfer and a complete extraction are separate checks.

Saving material does not mean every future AI task will read all of it. Select or provide relevant references when starting work, and check which information the result actually uses.
