Build a content series
Keep the references, conversations, and next steps for one topic together.

By the second or third article in a series, you need to remember what you have already covered, which sources you used, and what is still unfinished.
Use a project to organize the series and a knowledge base for material you expect to consult again.
Check your audience and direction in IP operations, then create a project in Projects. Give it a clear name and describe the questions you want to answer and the material you already have.
For a product guide series, a sample description could be “Explain common questions for first-time users, one question per article, using the current product documentation.” Replace it with your own subject.
Create a knowledge base in Assets for original material and notes. When starting a project conversation, select the references needed for that article and explain the task.
Keep revisions to the same article in its existing conversation. Start another conversation within the project for the next article.
After each piece, note which sources helped and which questions remain open. Put small actions in To-do notes and content dates in Content planner. Write actions such as “Find the original source for the figure in paragraph three.”
Before starting the next article, look through previous work in the project for overlap. If a shared fact changes, check the other drafts too.
Run a recurring task manually first. Once its inputs and expected result are clear, consider automation. Continue reviewing results and responding to confirmation requests.
When the series is on hold, archive the project and restore it when you are ready to continue.
