Open AI Store. Skills provide methods and instructions for a task. Experts provide AI roles and configuration for particular work. Both rely on the task and execution capabilities available to you.
Open an entry and review its purpose, inputs and dependencies. Configure required accounts, models or tools first. Being listed does not mean a capability is installed or authorized on every device.
Enable capabilities relevant to the job. Choose research or writing methods for text work, and media tools when the task needs them.
Follow the entry's available action or select experts and Skills in project configuration. State the goal, provide references and inspect the output. Expert participation does not grant publishing permission or access to another workspace.
Project experts are AI roles. Adding one does not invite a human teammate; human access depends on the actual account and workspace permissions.
Resolve unavailable models, tool errors or offline nodes before retrying. See Execution options and Projects.
Q: Do I still need to configure models and external accounts after enabling a skill?
**A: ** Read the skill’s requirements. Capabilities that depend on a model, tool, or external account need those dependencies configured before execution.
Q: Does configuring an expert grant more data or publishing permissions?
**A: ** An expert supplies an AI role and capabilities. It does not automatically grant access to other workspaces or publishing permissions. Existing permissions and confirmations still apply.
