Reuse content across platforms
Adapt a checked draft, then review each version and its platform draft.
Updated
A finished article may contain the basis for a short post or an illustrated explanation. Check the original draft first, then adapt it for each destination.
Save the article and its references in Assets with a recognizable name. Verify figures, quotations, and product information in this version first.
Reference the draft in its original conversation or a project conversation. Explain the platform, audience, and facts to preserve. For example:
Turn this article into a short post. Keep the concrete example and the conditions attached to the conclusion. Open with the problem. Give me the text first and list image suggestions separately.
Review the result, then adjust the title and length. Name each saved version for its destination. Check the platform editor's requirements for text, images, and links when you prepare delivery.
Does the shorter version preserve the conditions behind the conclusion? Does the title overstate it? Do captions match the images? If you change a shared fact, review the other versions as well.
Record dates in Content planner when needed. To deliver through the extension, review the current content package, confirm the destination account in the extension, and save the draft.
Open the platform's draft folder and inspect the text and images. Decide whether to publish using the platform's own process. Where no delivery option is available, download or copy the reviewed content and upload it manually.
