Our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data
2026/09/09
This Privacy Policy explains how DraPub collects, uses, protects and processes personal data when you use our website and supported clients, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
The personal data controller for DraPub is Qin Zetao, an individual operator. For privacy and data rights requests, contact support@drapub.com.
We may collect the following types of information:
Content-policy reports and appeals may include contact details, content or task identifiers, relevant excerpts and rights or authorization evidence. We use only the information necessary to investigate, take appropriate action, handle appeals and meet legal obligations; access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. Do not send illegal content or unnecessary identity documents.
We use your information for the following purposes:
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We use cloud infrastructure, third-party AI models and payment service providers. Necessary prompts, source material and context may be sent to the relevant model provider to perform cloud creation tasks you initiate. When you authorize publication, relevant content is sent to the destination platform. Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake. We share data only as needed to provide the relevant service, meet legal obligations or act on your authorization. Independently provided third-party services have their own privacy policies.
You have the right to understand how DraPub processes your personal data and, subject to applicable law, to exercise the following rights:
You can view available information in your account and workspace pages. You can also email support@drapub.com from your registered address with the subject “Personal data access request” or “Personal data deletion request”. Include your account email, request type and the scope of data concerned. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same support address so we can arrange other necessary identity verification.
To prevent unauthorized access or deletion, we may request proportionate evidence of your identity or control of the account. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers or sensitive information unrelated to verification. We will address requests promptly and respond with an outcome or progress update within 30 calendar days of receipt, or sooner if applicable law requires. If a complex request requires a legally permitted extension, we will explain the reason and expected completion date within the original deadline.
Following verification, we delete or anonymize personal data covered by a valid deletion request. Deleting your account or essential data may prevent sign-in, access to historical content or use of related features. Save any information you wish to retain and cancel subscription renewal first, or contact support for assistance. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your account or personal data.
We may retain necessary transaction or related records to meet tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute-resolution obligations, using them only for the relevant purposes and retention periods. Residual backup data is removed at the end of the applicable backup retention cycle; effective deletion requests are reapplied if a backup is restored. For data we cannot immediately delete, we will explain the retention reason and applicable period or how it is determined.
Content stored only on your device must be deleted through your client or device. We cannot remotely delete local copies never uploaded to DraPub. Content already published to third-party platforms and data independently held by those platforms may require a separate deletion request to them. We will explain the scope controlled by DraPub and assist with requests involving our service providers where required by law.
If you disagree with our response, you may ask the support address above to review it or complain to the competent data protection authority in your location.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, email support@drapub.com or use our contact page. This email address also receives personal data rights requests.
