Add files, web pages and text
Choose a capture method, check extracted content and recover from missing text or attachments.

A completed capture should give you a record you can open, with content and source information. Try one short file or public page before a large import.
Open the Asset library create menu, choose file or folder import and select a destination knowledge base. Create a knowledge base first if needed. Review the selected files before starting.
Wait for progress to finish and open the results. If part of a batch fails, retry the failed files rather than uploading the successful ones again. Follow the current upload dialog for format and size limits.
Submit the original URL through the capture entry in Collect inspiration. Check that extraction returned the article rather than a sign-in screen, navigation or an empty page. For authenticated or dynamic pages, try the browser extension on the page you have open.
Platform changes and access restrictions can leave text or media incomplete. Keep the original URL and supply an excerpt you are permitted to use when necessary. Opening a video link does not mean its transcript or visual analysis is ready.
Save a text record in inspiration or create a note in the Asset library. Give it a title and include the source, date and context in the body. Keep your own interpretation separate from quoted material.
Check the body, attachments and destination. Investigate an individual attachment when only that part failed. For a failed task, keep the error before retrying. Avoid asking AI to fill gaps in an empty source.
