Check generated work and usage records, confirm the workspace and understand sign-out behavior.

Check the current user and workspace from account or settings. Sign-in errors, empty material and insufficient allowance have different causes.
Use generation history and the associated conversation to check whether an image, video or other output finished. Read its state, then open the actual file. A completion statement in chat is not a substitute for the output.
Check records before submitting another task after a failure, timeout or pending result to avoid duplicates.
Use usage and billing settings for usage details, credit records and model pricing. Charges depend on the model, service and specification; rely on the actual account records. This guide does not hard-code plan prices or free allowances.
Local execution may use your own model account, so DraPub cloud usage does not represent every third-party charge. Keep task identifiers, times and records for billing questions without sharing keys or private source text.
Explicit sign-out removes the current client's login session. Local workspaces, unsubmitted mobile captures and cloud data have different storage boundaries. Signing out is not a backup method.
Check where important material lives before changing devices. Mobile web uses the current tab's session storage rather than a durable login backup. See Device data boundaries.
Q: Do DraPub usage records include all costs from local AI tools?
**A: ** Local tools may use your own third-party model accounts. DraPub cloud records do not cover all charges on those accounts; check the provider’s billing records too.
Q: What should I keep when questioning a usage charge?
**A: ** Keep the task identifier, time, and usage record, and check the associated conversation or generation history. Remove secrets and private content before contacting support.
