Projects
Create a project, configure experts and Skills, and keep conversations, tasks and assets together.
Updated
Open Project library for an ongoing topic, article series or time-bounded content plan. A simple rewrite can start directly in Conversations.
Experts are AI capabilities involved in the work. Selecting one does not invite a human teammate or grant new publishing permissions.
A project provides conversations, a task board, assets, settings and related automations. Reopen a conversation to continue the same question, or create a new conversation for another subtask.
Inspect the actual outputs as well as task status. A progress message is not a saved result. If a file is missing from project assets, check whether it was generated and associated with that project.
Archive a project you are setting aside and restore it when needed. Before deleting, read the confirmation and distinguish deleting the project, removing an asset from it and deleting the original asset.
Projects belong to the current workspace. Check the original workspace if one disappears after switching identities. See Asset operations for organization and removal behavior.
Q: Does adding an expert invite a teammate?
**A: ** Project experts are AI roles and capability configurations. Human participation depends on actual account and workspace permissions; adding an expert does not invite a person.
Q: Should I delete a project that is temporarily on hold?
**A: ** You can archive it and restore it later. Before deleting, read the confirmation scope and distinguish project deletion from unlinking or deleting assets.
