Capture sources

Safely bring pages, files, saved items, and manual input into the right knowledge space.

Capture is not merely saving a link. The goal is a verifiable, parseable source that can be cited again.

Entry points

  • Capture the current page from Web or the Browser Extension.
  • Upload Markdown, text, images, audio, video, and common office files.
  • Import from sources such as Cubox, Feishu, or Obsidian.
  • Paste text into Inbox and add provenance manually.

Confirm on every capture

  1. The workspace and knowledge space are correct.
  2. You are allowed to store and use the material.
  3. Title, provenance, and text preview are complete.
  4. The source does not expose sensitive material to an online workspace.

Asynchronous parsing shows processing, ready, or failed state. A failure does not create an empty source; retry according to the error or choose another input path.
