Inspiration
Switch between hot topics and saved inspiration, and keep pages, files and notes for creative work.

Open Collect inspiration. Hot topics helps you discover current discussions; Inspiration backlog contains saved material. If you only see trends, switch to the backlog to find your own records.
Add a URL, file or short note and check the workspace and source. You can also import files into a knowledge base from the Asset library create menu. Capture options differ by device; see Add files, pages and text.
Open the result and check its title, body and source. Saving a URL records the address, but extraction or attachment loading can still fail. Keep the original address and supply missing information when necessary.
For notes and bookmarks you already keep elsewhere, see Import from other apps.
Read the original material before using it. A trending title and popularity score are topic clues, not evidence for an article. Consider whether the topic fits the audience and direction of your IP.
Bring selected references into a conversation when you have a question. Put reusable sources in a knowledge base. An entire collection does not need to become required reading for every task.
Check the workspace, selected tab and filters. Retry failed extraction or provide an excerpt before importing the same URL again.
