Six stages

Why stages matter
The separation prevents three common mistakes: treating saved items as knowledge, treating generated text as final copy, and treating successful delivery as proof that content worked. Each stage has its own inputs, state, and completion criteria.
History is not overwritten
A channel version can return to editing, but source and review events remain. Regeneration creates a new proposal or version and preserves the previous decision for learning.
