Review content and prepare delivery
Check the current output, account and media before scheduling, saving a platform draft or exporting.

Open the output in its conversation or project and check the version you intend to deliver. Use Publishing planner to arrange dates, and the output's review controls for approval.
Verify facts, references and voice, then check titles, images, attachments and links. Confirm the target platform and account. A finished generation still needs a quality review.
For a proposed edit or execution permission, read the object and action before accepting or declining. An expired card is not authorization for a new operation.

Read the task result and inspect the destination. Saving a draft, downloading a file and publishing publicly are distinct outcomes. If status is unknown, check the platform before retrying to avoid duplicates.
