Draft delivery and publishing receipts
Distinguish saved drafts, publication, and platform receipts, then retry safely.
Delivery states
- Approved: ready for delivery but not sent to a platform.
- Draft saved: the platform created a draft that still needs platform confirmation.
- Published: the platform confirms public visibility.
- Failed: execution did not complete and carries a diagnostic reason.
- Unknown: request outcome is uncertain and must be queried before retrying.
Safe retries
Check whether a draft or publication already exists before retrying. Reconnect an expired credential. For rejected copy or media, edit the channel version and review it again.
Receipts and learning
Record platform content ID, time, final URL, execution method, and errors. Performance data and human conclusions can be added later, but correlation should not become an automatic causal writing rule.
