Knowledge
Organize, search, and maintain
Keep a knowledge space findable, trustworthy, and ready for creation.
Organization
Folders express stable hierarchy, tags support cross-cutting filters, and source type distinguishes pages, files, and media. Do not make one field perform all three jobs.
Search strategy
Use keywords for proper nouns and known titles, then semantic search for related ideas. Creation tasks should use an explicit knowledge scope so unrelated clients or old projects do not enter context.
Maintenance checklist
- Review failed or unusually short parses.
- Merge true duplicates while preserving materially different versions.
- Add provenance and time to manual input.
- Archive completed projects to reduce default search noise.
- Correct a broken citation relationship instead of editing only the final copy.
