Use exported files, original URLs and browser capture, and distinguish a one-time import from ongoing synchronization.

Existing notes and bookmarks can remain your sources. Choose a method that preserves their text and origin before deciding whether you need ongoing synchronization.

Choose a few representative items and a test knowledge base. Open the text and attachments before importing the rest. A proprietary app format may need to be exported to a supported format first.
A file or link import saves the content retrieved at that time. Later edits, deletions or moves in the original app do not automatically update the DraPub copy.
This guide does not describe Cubox, Mubu, Feishu or Obsidian as universally available two-way connectors. Use the connection method, permissions and synchronization options actually offered by your current interface. If no dedicated connector is available, use files, URLs or browser capture.
