Before connecting

Choose the import scope, target knowledge space, and sync cadence. Start production data with one small folder or label, verify fields and attachments, then expand.

Sync principles

  • The external system remains a source, not DraPub's business database.
  • Preserve external identity to prevent duplicate imports.
  • Treat deletion and permission changes carefully instead of silently erasing evidence.
  • Platform cookies, tokens, and tickets are never uploaded as content to DraPub Backend.

Media platforms

WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Bilibili links are recognized and normalized before secure HTTP, isolated browser, or media processing is invoked. A failed parse keeps the original link and diagnostics.
