Review and publish

Review content and edit proposals

Evaluate agent changes efficiently without losing context or accepting an unsafe rewrite.

Check scope first

Confirm which documents, sections, and channel versions changed. Reject an unexpected scope instead of repairing a wrongly formed task line by line.

Inspect high-risk content

Review numbers and dates, citations, names, product promises, legal or health guidance, and external links before rhythm and wording.

Handle partially useful proposals

Do not accept a proposal with factual errors just to keep one good paragraph. Reject with a precise instruction or accept only safe segments where the editor supports it.

Leave a reason the system can learn from

“I don't like it” cannot improve the next version. Say whether evidence is missing, the claim is wrong, the voice is off, or a platform constraint is unmet.
