The prompt

15 seconds, 16:9 landscape video. Blend authentic handheld live-action footage of a cluttered bedroom workspace with rough frame-by-frame 2D crayon, colored-pencil, marker, and torn-paper animation. The concept is cute, absurd, relatable, and emotionally healing: a nearly empty computer battery icon refuses to keep working, escapes from the laptop, and takes a tiny “recharge vacation” through the real room before returning fully energized.

The real environment is a slightly messy bedroom office at late afternoon. Visible objects include a real laptop, wireless mouse, charging cable, ceramic mug, notebook, pencils, desk lamp, small potted plant, rolling desk chair, window, curtains, bed, pillow, and a wall outlet. Warm natural window light mixes imperfectly with the laptop screen and desk lamp.

Shoot entirely from the protagonist’s first-person perspective. Only real hands and occasional forearms are visible. The live-action footage must feel accidentally captured on a smartphone: mild hand shake, delayed reframing, imperfect autofocus, visible low-light grain, auto-exposure breathing, rolling-shutter wobble during quick pans, uneven horizon, and natural motion blur. The camera is always slightly late, reacting to the animation rather than predicting it. Do not make the scene feel like a commercial, music video, or polished visual-effects demo.

[Animated Character Identity]

The main animated character originates from the laptop’s red low-battery icon.

Its consistent identity markers are:

a rounded rectangular battery-shaped body
rough white hand-drawn outline
red interior fill when tired
two tiny black dot eyes
one short charging-port tail
a small sky-blue vacation cap
a yellow lightning-bolt patch on its side

Every transformation must preserve at least three clear identity markers: the white outline, sky-blue cap, yellow lightning patch, battery shape, or charging-port tail.

All additional figures must be temporary doodles created by the battery character. Do not introduce unrelated characters.

[0.0–3.0 seconds — The Battery Quits]

First-person close-up of the real laptop on the desk. The protagonist’s right hand types slowly while the other hand rests near the mouse. The laptop screen displays a plain, generic work page with no readable text, no logos, and no recognizable interface branding.

A small red low-battery icon blinks in the screen corner. The protagonist reaches for the charging cable, but before the cable connects, the icon turns toward the camera and shakes its body “no.”

The red battery icon peels away from the screen like a rough paper sticker. Its edges curl visibly as it climbs over the real laptop bezel and drops onto the keyboard. During the fall, two tiny crayon legs redraw beneath it, followed by dot eyes, a sky-blue cap, and a yellow lightning patch.

It lands on a real key, compresses flat like a paper accordion, springs back up, wipes imaginary sweat from its forehead, and pulls out a tiny hand-drawn cardboard sign reading only “BREAK.” The word exists physically on the sign and is not an overlay.

The protagonist points at the charging cable in confusion. The battery pushes the cable plug away with both tiny hands, places its cap firmly on its head, and runs across the keyboard.

Camera: initially static and tired, then a delayed handheld pan follows the battery after it has already begun running.

Sound: real keyboard taps, laptop fan, cable brushing against the desk, tiny paper footfalls, one soft comedic spring squeak.

Transition: the running battery leaps from the keyboard toward the notebook.

[3.0–6.0 seconds — The Desk Becomes a Vacation Route]

The battery lands on the protagonist’s real open notebook. At each footstep, quick turquoise crayon waves appear across the paper. The notebook page transforms only visually through hand-drawn overlays into a tiny seaside map while remaining physically real.

The battery removes its sky-blue cap, flips it upside down, and the cap rapidly redraws into a miniature blue rowboat. The battery hops inside. Two yellow pencil-line oars grow from its sides.

It rows across the notebook’s hand-drawn turquoise waves. Small white paper fish leap from one page fold to another. A real pencil lying across the notebook becomes a bridge through animated interaction only; it remains a real pencil.

The battery boat passes beneath the pencil bridge, then reaches the notebook’s edge. The drawn water pours over the edge like a flat crayon waterfall without wetting the real desk.

Mid-fall, the blue rowboat folds into a paper parachute. The battery dangles beneath it by two rough red marker strings and floats toward the ceramic mug.

Camera: overhead handheld view of the notebook, then a slightly late tilt downward following the parachuting battery. Focus briefly hunts between the real pencil and the animated character.

Sound: tiny pencil-scratch rowing, paper-water swishes, soft fish pops, page flutter, gentle parachute rustle.

Transition: the battery swings around the mug handle and disappears behind the mug for a moment.

[6.0–9.5 seconds — The Plant Recharging Spa]

The protagonist quickly moves the camera around the mug. The battery swings from the real mug handle using one red marker string, releases, and lands inside the leaves of the real potted plant.

The plant remains completely real. Hand-drawn lime-green veins begin glowing softly across only the leaf beneath the battery. The battery removes its cap, lies back comfortably on the leaf, and unfolds into a tiny battery-shaped deck chair while keeping its face and lightning patch.

A hand-drawn yellow sunbeam squeezes through the real window blinds as a wobbly ribbon. It travels across the desk, climbs the plant stem, and connects gently to the battery’s charging-port tail.

The battery’s red interior begins filling gradually from bottom to top:

red → orange → yellow → bright green.

As the charge increases, tiny colored-pencil flowers pop into existence around the plant pot. Each flower has a simple face and stretches toward the sunbeam. One flower offers the battery a tiny doodled drink made from a blue paint droplet with a bendy straw.

The battery sits upright, takes one sip, and instantly overcharges for a comedic beat. Its body expands like a puffy paper balloon, its cap spins, and small yellow lightning doodles orbit its head. It exhales, settles back to normal size, and now glows healthy green.

Camera: gentle push toward the plant, but with imperfect handheld micro-shakes and a small exposure adjustment as the window enters frame.

Sound: real room ambience, curtain movement, leaf rustle, soft electrical hum, colored-pencil scribbles, liquid sip, tiny cheerful charging “bloop,” subtle paper balloon squeak.

Transition: the fully charged battery spots the laptop across the room and snaps its cap back on.

[9.5–12.5 seconds — The Ride Back to Work]

The battery jumps from the plant. While falling, its body stretches horizontally and redraws into a tiny green hand-drawn scooter. The sky-blue cap becomes a small front windscreen, the charging-port tail becomes an exhaust pipe, and the yellow lightning patch remains on the side.

The scooter lands on the real charging cable running across the desk. Two rough white wheels grip the cable as though it were a raised road.

The battery character’s face appears on the scooter’s front panel. It races along the cable, leaning dramatically around the mug and pencils. Small yellow lightning-shaped road signs grow briefly from the desk surface, bend as the scooter passes, then erase themselves stroke by stroke.

At the desk edge, the cable descends toward the real wall outlet. The scooter speeds down it like a roller coaster. The protagonist moves quickly to follow, bumping the rolling chair slightly. The camera dips, shakes, and briefly loses the battery behind the chair leg.

The battery-scooter emerges from behind the chair, drives up the real charging plug, and launches toward the laptop in an exaggerated slow arc. Midair, the scooter folds inward through visibly redrawn lines, becoming the original green battery character again.

Camera: delayed chase movement, quick pan, slight motion blur, momentary occlusion by the real chair, then a rough push back toward the laptop.

Sound: tiny scooter motor buzz made from mouth-like doodle noises, cable vibration, miniature bell ring, chair wheel squeak, air whoosh, paper-folding flaps.

Transition: the battery reaches the laptop screen and presses itself flat against it.

[12.5–15.0 seconds — A Healthier Return]

The battery character sticks to the laptop screen like a paper decal, then slowly sinks through the glass surface while waving at the protagonist.

It returns to its original screen position as a fully green battery icon, but the sky-blue cap and tiny yellow lightning patch remain visible for one playful beat before tucking inside the icon.

The protagonist moves their hand back toward the keyboard. Before typing resumes, the battery icon extends one thin white doodle arm from the screen and gently lowers the laptop lid halfway, refusing immediate overwork.

A second white doodle arm emerges and points toward the real window. Rough colored-pencil lines rapidly sketch a small glowing sunset, two birds, and a cup of tea across the wall beside the desk.

The protagonist pauses, removes both hands from the keyboard, picks up the real ceramic mug, and leans back.

The battery icon gives a satisfied green blink. A tiny paper blanket unfolds inside the screen corner. It pulls the blanket over itself, places the sky-blue cap beneath its head as a pillow, and closes its eyes.

The laptop screen dims naturally but does not shut off completely. The hand-drawn sunset lines remain softly glowing on the wall while the real curtain moves in the breeze.

Final image: imperfect handheld framing of the quiet desk, half-closed laptop, warm mug in the protagonist’s hand, real plant beside it, and the tiny sleeping green battery visible through the dim screen.

Camera: slow unplanned pull-back, slight tilt, natural focus shift from the sleeping icon to the plant and window.

Sound: laptop hinge movement, ceramic mug lift, curtain rustle, distant outdoor birds, computer hum becoming quieter, one tiny sleepy electronic sigh.

Fade out naturally with no music.

[Real-World and 2D Integration Style]

The animated elements must look physically handmade and imperfect:

rough frame-by-frame redraws
visible line boil
uneven crayon pressure
chalk grain
colored-pencil crosshatching
marker bleed
torn-paper edges
occasional erased construction lines
subtle frame-to-frame shape variation
soft glow halo without illuminating the entire room

Do not use smooth vector animation, glossy motion graphics, polished CGI morphing, perfect geometric curves, or clean digital icon animation.

Every transformation must happen through visible handmade processes:

paper folding
line stretching
scribble accumulation
erased and redrawn limbs
crayon strokes connecting
shapes compressing like accordion paper
outlines scattering and rebuilding
paper corners curling
marker fills changing color stroke by stroke

The battery must interact accurately with real objects and obey convincing foreground and background occlusion:

climbing over the laptop bezel
standing on individual keyboard keys
passing beneath the real pencil
moving behind the ceramic mug
resting on real plant leaves
following the physical charging cable
disappearing behind the chair leg
entering the laptop screen

Real props must remain live-action objects and must never transform into 3D cartoon versions.

[Camera Rules]

The handheld camera is always approximately half a beat behind the animated character.

The battery moves first; the camera reacts afterward through delayed:

pans
tilts
reframing
short forward steps
imperfect pull-backs
focus corrections

Preserve smartphone imperfections:

mild hand shake
exposure fluctuation near the window
autofocus hesitation
dark-area noise
natural motion blur
occasional partial cropping
slight rolling-shutter distortion during fast movement

Do not use stabilized gimbal movement, drone shots, perfect tracking, impossible live-action camera paths, highly cinematic lens flares, or overly shallow depth of field.

[Color Language]

Real room: warm beige, muted brown, dusty green, dim amber, screen blue.

Hand-drawn animation:

tired red
vacation sky blue
soft turquoise
sunflower yellow
orange
fully charged green
rough white outlines

Colors must remain vibrant but soft, with visible crayon and paper texture. Avoid neon cyberpunk lighting.

[Sound Design]

No background music.

Use only synchronized natural and hand-drawn sounds:

laptop fan and computer hum
real keyboard and mouse clicks
charging-cable movement
notebook pages
pencil scratches
ceramic mug contact
plant and curtain rustles
tiny paper footsteps
crayon-wave swishes
miniature rowing sounds
paper parachute flutter
soft electrical charging hum
playful charging bloops
scooter buzz
tiny bicycle-style bell
paper folding
laptop hinge sound
ceramic mug lift
distant birds
one sleepy electronic sigh

All animated sound effects must be gentle, cute, tactile, and comical. No dramatic impacts, loud bass, jump-scare sounds, or cinematic trailer effects.

[Negative Constraints]

No readable laptop text, no subtitles, no title cards, no logos, no brand interfaces, no watermarks, no extra humans, no visible protagonist face, no character identity changes, no missing blue cap, no missing lightning patch, no unrelated animated characters, no scary expressions, no monsters, no attacks, no fangs, no body horror, no threatening electricity, no dangerous fire, no violent impacts, no grotesque stretching, no hyperreal cartoon creature, no 3D animated props, no smooth CG morphing, no clean vector graphics, no overly polished compositing, no commercial lighting, no symmetrical advertisement composition, no perfectly stabilized camera, no background music, and no animation floating incorrectly in front of objects that should occlude it.
